Talk in Auckland is seeking a Centre Manager to lead a well‑oiled early childhood operation. You’ll oversee a large team and uphold strong relationships with whanau and the broader community, ensuring compliance with curriculum and licensing requirements.

The role offers built‑in support, a positive staff culture, and a chance to walk in with robust systems already in place. Must currently reside in New Zealand with the right to work.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large early childhood centre.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum, licensing and PGCs.
• Proven leadership ability and team-building skills.
• Ability to forge strong relationships with centre whanau and community.
