Talk Recruitment Limited is seeking a Centre Manager for a well‑established early childhood centre in Auckland. You will sustain a harmonious and enthusiastic team, lead governance, licensing compliance, and ensure play-based learning remains central to the centre's culture.

You'll hit the ground running thanks to robust systems already in place, enjoy built-in support, and lead in a role that values strong relationships with families and the wider community.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership ability with CM experience preferred.
• Sound knowledge of curriculum, licensing and PGCs.
• Excellent relationship-building with centre whanau and community.
• Must be currently living in New Zealand with the right to work.

• Can hit the ground running - has a through knowledge of everything needed to run and manage a large centre.
• Proven leadership ability - previous CM experience is strongly preferred
• Has a sound knowledge of curriculum, licensing and PGC's
• Is not afraid to get stuck in when needed and lend a hand.
• Must be currently living in New Zealand with the right to work.
