Martinborough Playcentre in Wellington is seeking a Centre Coordinator to support adult capability and provide pedagogical guidance within a whānau-centred setting.
You will collaborate with centre whānau to deliver rich, child-led experiences, model high-quality sessions, and ensure compliance with ECE regulations, Te Whāriki, and health and safety standards. This role is part-time (8.5 hours/week) and term-time only.

Working in collaboration with centre whānau and other centre support staff, the Centre Coordinator focuses on building adult capability and confidence.
As the Person Responsible on session, this role provides high-quality support and pedagogical guidance to Playcentre whānau. The Centre Coordinator ensures sessions and programmes reflect Playcentre Philosophy and enriches children’s learning and development.
