Job summary

NWT is seeking a Catering Coordinator to manage and deliver catering orders across Wellington. You’ll work closely with customers and in-store teams to ensure orders are accurate, on time, and delivered with exceptional service.

The role requires a full, clean driver’s licence, strong organisational skills, and experience in customer service. You will be comfortable using online ordering systems and committed to food safety and quality standards.

Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service? We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Catering Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering catering orders, ensuring every customer receives their orders and exceptional service. You'll work closely with customers and our in-store teams, manage orders through our online platform, and ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on time.

The successful applicant will:

• Hold a full, clean driver's licence and be confident delivering catering orders throughout Wellington
• Have previous customer service experience
• Enjoy building positive relationships with customers
• Be highly organised and able to manage multiple orders and deadlines
• Be comfortable using online ordering and scheduling systems
• Demonstrate reliability and strong attention to detail
• Have a commitment to food safety and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments
• Maintain a positive attitude and remain calm under pressure
• Be proactive, adaptable, and willing to seek support when needed
