Job summary

DB Breweries, part of the HEINEKEN family, seeks a Head of Category & Revenue Strategy to drive the Revenue Management and Category agenda for DB Breweries and Star Hospitality. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will steer pricing, promotions, portfolio strategy and commercial insights.

In this senior role, you will lead a high-performing team, partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver profitable growth and shopper-centric category leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in Category Management, Revenue Management and Sales within FMCG.
• Proven ability to deliver commercial and P&L outcomes.
• Deep understanding of shopper behaviour, category growth and customer strategy.
• Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Management and Category Strategy across DB Breweries and Star Hospitality.
• Develop long-term category growth plans for Beer, RTD and Cider.
• Drive pricing, promotional effectiveness, trade investment and portfolio optimisation.
• Turn insights and analytics into commercial recommendations that deliver business results.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and senior stakeholders across the business.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Category and Revenue Management team.
