Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Taranaki is seeking a casual radiologist to join Taranaki Base Hospital in New Plymouth. You will work within a dynamic team providing general radiology reporting across multiple modalities, supported by a regional digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• General plain film, ultrasound, CT and MRI reporting required.
• Desirable subspecialty interests include MSK MRI, interventional radiology (no intracranial work), CT colonography, cardiac CT, nuclear medicine.
• Eligible for vocational registration with MCNZ or pathway via recognised post-graduate qualifications from abroad.

Responsibilities

• Report across modalities in a casual radiology role as part of a dynamic team.
• Collaborate with radiologists and MDT and contribute to diagnostic excellence.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and adapt to regional service needs.
