Banking experience is not required, we can teach you the banking side of the role, but you will have previous customer service experience and ideally within a fast-paced environment. You'll deal with a variety of enquires from a wide range of customers, so you'll need to bring a can-do attitude, resilience and logical approach to problem solving.
