Qualifications

• Trade-qualified in carpentry.
• Experience managing teams on-site and in the office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience preparing construction programmes, tender documentation, and methodology statements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Maintenance Division, including on-site teams and office management staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients, design consultants, and internal team members.
• Prepare construction programmes using Microsoft Project and develop methodology statements for tender submissions.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
• Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and timely delivery of maintenance projects.
