Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking a hands-on leader to head the Maintenance Division in Auckland. You will manage on-site and office teams, liaise with clients and consultants, and drive timely delivery of maintenance projects.

The role requires a carpentry trade background, strong communication, and experience in MS Project to prepare tender documents and methodologies. A fast-paced work environment with growth opportunities is offered.
