The Role:This role would see you leading a team of carpenters, working with a site manager to coordinate site activities with some work on the tools as well. Such areas you will be involved with include managing sub-contractors, toolbox meetings, site safety, quality control and assisting with ordering materials. It does consist of some time on the tools but room to move off as you gain more experience.

Your background:The key background required for this role is a carpentry trade qualification and at least 3years experience in commercial construction andbe looking to develop on commercial projects experience.You are a natural communicator, an ability to step into more supervisory type duties, have top systems awareness, are deadline driven and take pride in the quality of your work. You maybe on the tools and be looking for that natural progression.
