The successful candidate will maintain buildings and grounds with general handyman skills, gardening, mowing, field marking, and security duties, working with two current caretakers. A clean police record is required; appointment subject to Police Vet.

We are looking to appoint an additional part-time Caretaker to commence duties early to mid-October, or on a date by negotiation.
Hours of work will be 35 hours per week (9am-4pm) working Term time only. Work during the term break may be needed based on work to be done.
We require a fit, energetic person to join our caretaker team with general 'handyman' skills who can assist in maintaining our buildings and grounds.
Specific skills in gardening, turf maintenance, mowing lawns (ride on and handheld), field marking, working with heights (roofs, gutters, trees) and security (lock up) would be an advantage.
Our successful candidate will be reliable, show initiative, take pride in our physical surroundings and have a good sense of humor. You will be working alongside our two current experienced caretakers.
The suitable candidate must have a clean police record and will be appointed subject to a clean Police Vet.
