The successful candidate will maintain buildings and grounds with general handyman skills, gardening, mowing, field marking, and security duties, working with two current caretakers. A clean police record is required; appointment subject to Police Vet.

Qualifications

• Experience with general maintenance and groundskeeping.
• Ability to operate ride-on mower and handheld equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and grounds on a daily basis.
• Assist in gardening, turf maintenance and mowing.
• Perform field marking and upkeep of roofs, gutters and trees as needed.
• Support security duties and lock-up responsibilities.
