Škoda Sales Team at Volkswagen Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking passionate individuals to drive premium customer journeys from first contact to vehicle handover. You will build relationships in-store and online, understand needs, and close sales with an attractive earnings structure.

Training and ongoing coaching are provided to help you succeed, even if you are new to automotive sales. This performance-driven role involves weekends and public holidays, with a base salary plus high commission

Qualifications

• Highly motivated, target-driven individuals with a strong desire to earn
• Sales experience in automotive, real estate, insurance, or retail is preferred
• Strong mindset: resilience, proactive, results-oriented
• Confident communicator with a professional and presentable image
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working retail hours (including weekends & public holidays)
• Posses a valid Class 3 Driving License
