Job summary

• Proven experience in operations or management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of property management, contracts management, and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to the values and ethos of a Christian educational environment.
• The ability to communicate clearly, manage competing priorities and build positive working relationships.
• The successful applicant will need to subscribe to and uphold the school's special Christian character as a condition of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and support efficient service delivery.
• Oversee property management requirements, facilities matters and maintenance coordination.
• Support the administration and monitoring of contracts, suppliers and service providers.
• Promote compliance with health and safety regulations, policies and procedures.
• Lead and collaborate with staff, contractors and stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and the overall effectiveness of the environment.
