Responsibilities

• Provide senior relationship leadership and coordination for assigned schools.
• Act as the trusted first contact for schools, guiding them through day-to-day property matters to major capital investments.
• Maintain an integrated view across maintenance, renewal, upgrade and capital works programmes, coordinating stakeholders.
• Bring together planning, investment, procurement, delivery and technical expertise for coordinated responses.
• Provide clear information on projects, risks, funding and investment opportunities.
• Maintain visibility of programme progress and issues to support timely resolution.
• Champion continuous improvement to enhance school outcomes and experiences.
