New Zealand Venue Co. in Auckland is seeking enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our growing team. You will prepare high quality dishes, assist in planning menus, and work across a fast-paced kitchen, seven days a week.

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies.
• Deliver high quality dishes in line with the business’s standards.
• Discuss food preparation issues with kitchen and waiting staff.
• Ensure hygiene regulations and standards are met.
• Assist in training new staff and supervising them during service.
• Work professionally in a fast-paced environment and communicate with the kitchen team.
