Mons Royale in Wanaka, New Zealand, seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to shape global brand narrative with an art direction mindset. You will own seasonal campaigns, from concept to production, across digital, retail and print, collaborating with the Head of Marketing Creative.
You bring 4–6+ years’ experience in fashion, apparel or board sports and fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Relocation to Wanaka may be required for the right candidate.

Based at our brand home in Wānaka, we are looking for an exceptional, conceptual-first Senior Graphic Designer to help shape our global brand narrative.
This role is designed for a visionary creative who thinks like an Art Director, executes with technical precision, and lives on the edge of outdoor, streetwear, and action sports culture. If you are an ambitious, high-calibre designer ready to step up and step into an Art Direction pathway, this is your launchpad.
As a senior creative, you will take the reins on seasonal campaign execution, translating brand and product strategy into high-impact creative across all global touch points. Working alongside the Head of Marketing Creative, you will own the development and rollout of seasonal collections, bringing campaigns to life with energy, raw authenticity and distinction across digital, retail, social and print.
