We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Data team, reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics. This role plays a key part in improving how our systems, processes and workflows support the business, ensuring strong alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Sitting at the intersection of business and technology, you’ll focus on process improvement, clear documentation and data‑driven insight, with an emphasis on delivering practical, measurable outcomes. You’ll work closely with leaders and teams across the business to analyse current ways of working, challenge the status quo, and help design smarter, more efficient solutions.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Analysing business processes, systems and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, simplification and automation.
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the business to assess ideas and initiatives, ensuring solutions align with business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Creating and maintaining clear, structured process documentation, workflows and SOPs to support consistent ways of working.
  • Supporting project initiation through business case development, impact analysis, cost estimates and ROI, and owning delivery from scoping through to implementation where required.
  • Translating business requirements into clear specifications to support effective technical delivery and minimise rework.
  • Using data and reporting to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of changes, and demonstrate business outcomes.
  • Supporting effective change management by identifying impacted stakeholders and working closely with the Capability and Change team to ensure changes are well communicated and adopted.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a similar field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong experience documenting processes and developing SOPs, with hands‑on capability using tools such as Visio, Lucid and Confluence
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring clear process flow and alignment with business objectives
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy, supported by strong planning and organisational skills
  • Strong relationship‑building capability, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to simplify complex ideas for non‑technical audiences
  • Self‑starter with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail and strong computer literacy
