Job summary

• Own delivery of key system projects and initiatives, engaging vendors and partners as needed
• Resolve complex system issues and maintain oversight of integrations and platform performance

The Role

Your Profile

You’re a capable systems leader with NetSuite expertise, ideally including experience with SuiteScript and SuiteFlow. You’ll bring:

• A proven track record in technical delivery - designing and delivering practical solutions that improve business operations and uplift team capability
• Strong project leadership combined with hands-off contribution, plus the ability to coach, manage and develop a Systems & Software team
• Advanced analytical thinking, stakeholder management ability and a collaborative, pragmatic approach
• Experience in a similar wholesale, retail or multi-entity environment is an advantage
• A genuine passion for driving efficiency, scalability and continuous improvement through technology
