Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company in Auckland seeks a commercially minded Business Controller to partner with Star Hospitality leaders and drive revenue growth, pricing strategy, and profitability across the business.

Reporting to the Business Control Manager - Star Hospitality, you will turn data into insights that support smarter commercial decisions and sustainable growth. Apply your finance expertise to elevate performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in commercial finance, pricing, revenue management, FMCG or hospitality finance.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and business partnering skills.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, SAP or similar reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyse revenue, margin, pricing and category performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes.
• Partner with operational and marketing teams to drive commercial decision-making.
• Develop business cases, reporting dashboards and growth initiatives.

About The Role
