Job summary

HEINEKEN Vietnam, Auckland location, seeks a commercially minded Business Controller to partner with Star Hospitality leaders and drive revenue growth, pricing strategy, and profitability across the business.

Reporting to the Business Control Manager, you will turn data into insights that support smarter commercial decisions and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in commercial finance, pricing, revenue management, FMCG or hospitality finance.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and business partnering skills.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, SAP or similar reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyse revenue, margin, pricing and category performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes.
• Partner with operational and marketing teams to drive commercial decision-making.
• Develop business cases, reporting dashboards and growth initiatives.
