Job summary

RealNZ is seeking a Business Applications Support Specialist to keep the technology powering our teams running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for supporting and enhancing the systems people rely on daily, from troubleshooting issues and upgrades to training users and driving improvements.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure applications remain reliable, user-friendly, test new functionality, create user guides, and help staff get the most from our

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business systems, applications, or technology platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, can-do approach.
• The ability to translate technical information into plain language.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for continuous improvement and finding smarter ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Providing support and troubleshooting across our business applications.
• Working closely with teams to identify and deliver system improvements.
• Testing new functionality and supporting system upgrades.
• Creating user guides and delivering training to help people get the most from our systems.
