Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support discovery, scoping, and requirements gathering for integration and API-driven initiatives.
• Work with product, engineering, and other SMEs to clarify integration use cases and data requirements.
• Contribute to defining API requirements, data mappings, and user stories.
• Assist in analysing data to ensure it is exposed in a clear and usable way via APIs.
• Support the definition of integration flows between Vista systems and external platforms (e.g. partners, third-party services).
• Capture and document non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and scalability.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of requirements.
• Produce clear and structured artefacts including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and documentation.
