Join a high-performing project team delivering a multi-year, organisation-wide transformation program.

This large-scale initiative spans regulatory operations, procedural design, core system implementations, data, and emerging AI technologies.

We are seeking adaptable Intermediate and Senior Business Analysts who thrive in fast-paced environments. These positions suit proactive self-starters who can seamlessly bridge the gap between business process design and technical system deployment without requiring heavy guidance.

Key Technical & Core Requirements:

• End-to-End Business Process Analysis: Demonstrated capability leading process mapping, current-state to future-state analysis, scoping, options analysis, and business impact assessments.
• Systems Business Analysis: Solid experience in functional system implementation, technical requirements gathering, and mapping system capabilities to operational needs.
• Tooling & Methodologies: Proficiency in process mapping and productivity tools (Visio, MS Office Suite) alongside practical application of structured BA methodologies (BABOK standards). IIBA or relevant certifications are highly advantageous.
• Modern Tech Scope: Exposure to initiatives involving system integrations, data frameworks, and modern enterprise software architectures (experience with data or AI projects is a bonus).
• Delivery Standards: Ability to operate within established group frameworks, applying standardised analysis tools, business cases, and reporting formats.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, capable of translating complex technical and regulatory requirements into clear, plain-language documentation for technical teams, internal SMEs, and executive sponsors.

Contract: 1-Year Fixed-Term (with high potential for future extension).

Location: Prime Central Wellington location right next to the train station.

Workplace Flexibility: Hybrid model with 2 days working from home per week.
