Job summary

SkyCity Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to provide end-to-end business analysis across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will partner with business leaders, developers, architects, testers, vendors, and product owners to ensure solutions deliver real business value.

As a Business Analyst, you will combine strong analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging data, insights, and business intelligence to identify opportunities,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis or IT delivery experience.
• Experience using data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Proven success delivering technology solutions and business change.
• Experience across full project lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Experience with Agile and traditional project methodologies.
• Excellent problem solving, process modelling, and documentation.
• Ability to influence, collaborate and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

You'll leverage data, insights, and business intelligence to identify opportunities, validate recommendations, measure outcomes, and support stakeholders in making informed decisions that deliver tangible business value.

We're looking for someone who can confidently navigate complex environments and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.

You'll Ideally Have

• At least 5 years' experience in business analysis, IT applications, or system delivery environments.
• Experience using data to identify trends, support business cases, inform decision-making, and measure the success of initiatives.
• Proven success delivering technology solutions and business change initiatives.
• Experience working across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Experience in both Agile and traditional project methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, process modelling, and documentation capabilities.
• The ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate effective with diverse stakeholder groups
