Job summary

Morphum Environmental seeks a dedicated Business Administrator in Auckland for a permanent full-time role. You will back our day-to-day operations, support client-facing teams, and help maintain an inclusive, productive workplace culture.

Join a close-knit Business Performance Team at our Auckland head office. You will collaborate with administration, accounts, marketing, people & culture, and project coordination specialists to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Relevant training or equivalent experience in business, administration, or related field.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining administrative systems with ability to multitask.
  • Bookkeeping experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with proven office coordination experience.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe.
  • Willingness to develop knowledge of tikanga, diversity, equity and inclusion, sustainable outcomes, and low-carbon initiatives.
  • Located in Auckland.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a friendly first point of contact for general office enquiries and support.
  • Deliver office administration, facilities coordination, and regional office support.
  • Organise and champion culture, team inclusivity, and wellbeing activities.
  • Support tender coordination, document preparation, and quality assurance.
  • Manage sustainable procurement processes and supplier relationships.
  • Provide event coordination for team activities, client events, and company functions.
  • Maintain administrative systems and processes to support efficient operations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other written communications.
  • Support health and safety policy implementation and workplace compliance.

What You will Do

About you


  • You have relevant training or equivalent experience (business, administration, or related field)

  • You have experience establishing and maintaining administrative systems with the adaptability to handle several different tasks at a time

  • Bookkeeping experience is advantageous

  • You have exceptional relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills

  • You have high attention to detail with proven office coordination experience

  • Word, Excel, and Adobe skills are essential

  • You actively engage in a culture of teaching and learning and are willing to continuously develop knowledge of tikanga, diversity, equity and inclusion, sustainable outcomes, and low-carbon initiatives

  • You are located in Auckland
