Job summary

Tauranga City Council is seeking a qualified Building Control Officer to assess residential or commercial building consent applications. The role offers flexible work arrangements, including permanent full-time, part-time, fixed-term, or casual options within a supportive Building Services team.

Applicants should hold current competency and Regulation 18 qualification, with experience in assessing consent applications and related documentation. Hybrid working options are available.
