Job summary

Tahi Estate Limited in Auckland seeks a hands-on Brand and Digital Manager to turn strategic priorities into compelling campaigns across health, skincare, ecotourism and conservation. You’ll manage an in-house Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer, delivering brand experiences on brand, on budget and on time.

You’ll lead digital marketing, ecommerce growth and cross-brand storytelling while partnering with agencies and suppliers to drive growth and biodiversity regeneration.

Qualifications

• Experience across brand management, digital marketing and ecommerce.
• A relevant tertiary degree.
• Strong creative judgement, clear communication and exceptional attention to detail.
• Confidence leading a small team and managing agencies, suppliers and competing priorities.
• Commercial awareness, sound project and budget management, and an analytical approach to improving results.
• A collaborative approach and a genuine connection to conservation, community, culture and commerce.
• Ability to travel to Tahi in Pataua North as required.
• A drivers licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver digital marketing across websites, social media, email, search and paid advertising
• Support ecommerce growth for Tahi Health and Kaea Skincare, including Shopify content, merchandising and campaigns for the UK and US markets
• Manage the Group marketing calendar, coordinating campaigns, launches, content and events
• Guide creative briefs, brand storytelling and production, and mentor the in‑house team
• Work with agencies and suppliers, support partnerships and ecotourism projects, and track budgets and marketing results
