RealNZ seeks a senior GM Brand & Marketing to lead the brand strategy and marketing across a diverse portfolio of New Zealand experiences. You will champion the brands, grow relevance and oversee investments to drive sustainable commercial growth.

You’ll work with senior leaders to connect brand, guest insight and business performance, building high-performing teams and inspiring bold, differentiated campaigns across local and international markets.

Qualifikationen

• Significant leadership experience within a major brand or marketing function.
• Experience leading multiple brands, markets or a complex portfolio.
• Deep expertise in brand strategy, positioning and customer proposition development.
• Track record creating integrated marketing strategies with measurable results.
• Strong commercial instincts and experience managing significant investment.
• Ability to influence and collaborate at senior levels.
