Job summary

Plumbing World is seeking a Branch Sales Coordinator for the Queenstown branch to provide exceptional service to our building and plumbing customers while representing Plumbing World with strong communication and teamwork. This fast-paced role combines retail, trade sales, and branch support, including counter service, phone coverage, and occasional deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail or trade sales, be organized, energetic, and able to plan ahead in a busy

Qualifications

Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently.
Proven record in relationship building/management.
Good computer and Excel skills are essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong administration skills.
Ability to plan ahead and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience in customer sales and delivering solutions.
Full, clean NZ drivers' licence (Class 1).
Forklift licence is advantageous but not required.
Pride in personal appearance and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Receive and process orders to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Quote and follow up to close deals.
Work with Territory Managers and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Project manage and track sales through the process.
Liaise with key suppliers.
