Job summary

BNT is seeking an experienced people leader to step in as Assistant Branch Manager at our Auckland branch. You will be the right-hand to the Branch Manager, overseeing daily operations, supporting a diverse team, and helping deliver strong commercial results.

You’ll lead customer service, warehouse and delivery functions, creating a safe, efficient, and customer-focused workplace. The role offers a full-time schedule with growth opportunities within Bapcor across NZ and beyond.

Qualifications

Customer service experience in automotive or trade is a plus.
Strong communication skills with a can-do attitude.
Genuine interest in cars or parts.
Computer skills including basic Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay accurate.
Team-first approach and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily branch operations as Assistant Branch Manager.
Support a diverse team including CS reps, drivers, and warehouse staff.
Lead customer service, warehouse and delivery functions to ensure smooth operations.
Drive safe, efficient, and customer-focused workplace culture.
Collaborate with Branch Manager and senior leaders to deliver strong commercial results.
