BNT NZ is hiring an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to lead daily operations, support a diverse team, and drive strong commercial results at our Auckland branch.

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated people leader to take on the role of Assistant Branch Manager at our branch!

As the right-hand to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving branch success — overseeing daily operations, supporting a diverse team, and helping deliver strong commercial results.
You'll help to lead a varied team including customer service representatives, drivers, warehouse assistants and the day-to-day internal operational activities in the branch. Plus, you’ll be in control of Customer Service, warehouse and delivery functions. Your leadership will help create a safe, efficient, and customer-focused workplace.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

• Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus)
• Computer skills are amust(basic excel skills are advantageous)
• A genuine interest in cars, or parts
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate
• A team-first approach – everyone pitches in here!
