Job summary

BNT is seeking an experienced people leader to join as Assistant Branch Manager. You will act as the right-hand to the Branch Manager, overseeing daily operations, supporting a diverse team, and helping deliver strong commercial results.

You’ll lead customer service, warehouse and delivery functions while fostering a safe, efficient and customer-focused workplace. With a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday 8am–5pm and alternate Saturday mornings, the role offers a competitive salary and

Qualifications

Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus)
Computer skills are a must (basic excel skills are advantageous)
A genuine interest in cars, or parts
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate

Responsibilities

Oversee daily branch operations and drive commercial results.
Support a diverse team including customer service representatives, drivers and warehouse staff.
Lead day-to-day internal operational activities in the branch and ensure safety, efficiency and customer focus.
Manage Customer Service, warehouse and delivery functions.
Collaborate with branch leadership and senior management for strategic initiatives.
Promote a positive culture, safety, and high performance within the team.
