Following an internal promotion, we are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and experienced leader to take on the role of Branch Manager, overseeing a high-performing team of approximately 14 staff across three locations: Queenstown, Wanaka, and Alexandra - proudly recognised as 'Branch of the year in 2024!'.

The key purpose of this role is to create a culture that is focussed on success through delivering great client outcomes and living the Gallagher values.
In this role, you will craft and implement strategic plans aimed at driving sustainable growth, profitability, and client retention. By taking a proactive and hands-on approach, you will ensure branch compliance, deliver quality advice, and achieve positive customer outcomes. You will lead change initiatives while fostering creativity, innovation, and adaptability to maintain strong and consistent performance. Success in this position requires the ability to build and nurture strong, lasting relationships.
The role has financial accountability for branch revenue and profits as well as staff engagement and client service.
