Job summary

Turners Automotive Group in New Plymouth is seeking an entry-level administrator to support customer service and sales processes. You’ll handle calls, customer paperwork, data entry, payments, receipts and day-to-day branch operations in a fast-paced environment, Friday to Tuesday.

Ideal candidates have strong written and verbal communication, a cheerful disposition, and are legally allowed to work in New Zealand with a valid NZ driver’s licence. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Entry-level role suited to starting or building a career in administration or customer service.
• Legal rights to work in New Zealand and a valid NZ driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls and directing enquiries.
• Assisting customers with paperwork and data entry.
• Processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Supporting auction and Sales & Cash Now processes.
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Receiving and releasing vehicles.
• Completing NZTA transactions and compliance-related tasks.
• Providing general administrative support to the branch.
