Job summary

Nestlé's Nespresso Wellington Boutique is seeking a passionate Coffee Expert to lead, inspire, and elevate the coffee experience. This full-time role covers Sundays to Thursdays with keyholder responsibilities, including opening and closing the boutique.

You will deliver engaging training sessions, run masterclasses, launch tastings, and mentor the team to deliver exceptional service and memorable customer experiences.

• Experience in retail or hospitality and exposure to training or leadership.
• Ability to deliver workshops or coaching to a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Retail Coffee Experience Trainer - Wellington

We’re looking for a passionate Coffee Expert to help lead, inspire, and elevate the coffee experience in our Wellington Boutique.

This is a Full-Time role on a Sunday - Thursday roster with keyholder responsibilities:

• Sundays: 9:45am- 4:15pm
• Monday-Thursday 8:45am - 5:45pm

What you’ll do

• Lead, inspire, and shape the boutique coffee experience every day:
• Share your expertise to ignite a love of coffee within your team and customers.
• Plan, deliver, and review engaging coffee training sessions and memorable masterclasses.
• Lead coffee launches and tasting experiences, ensuring every cup reflects our high standards.
• Act as the boutique’s coffee leader — building team capability and cultivating a culture of learning.
• Support daily operations, including opening and closing responsibilities as a keyholder.
• Create meaningful customer connections by bringing passion, knowledge, and warmth to every conversation.
