Nespresso in Auckland is seeking a Senior Coffee Specialist to join our boutique team on a Tuesday–Saturday roster, with opening and closing shifts. You’ll welcome customers, share your passion for coffee, drive sales with digital tools and POS, and support leadership to deliver exceptional service.

You'll bring retail or hospitality experience, pride in presentation, and a genuine commitment to a B Corp culture that values inclusion and sustainability. Growth opportunities abound.

This full-time Senior Coffee Specialist role follows a Tuesday - Saturday rotating roster across opening and closing shifts.

• Tuesday: 8:30-17:00 or 10:45-19:15
• Wednesday: 8:30-17:00 or 10:45-19:15
• Thursday: 8:30-17:00 or 10:45-19:15 or 12:45-21:15
• Friday: 8:30-17:00 or 10:45-19:15 or 12:45-21:15
• Saturday: 8:30-17:00 or 10:45-19:15

• A coffee lover with previous retail and/or hospitality experience.
• A people person who loves creating memorable customer moments and supporting team members
• Someone who takes pride in presentation and professionalism.
