Job summary

Nestlé's Nespresso Wellington Boutique is seeking a passionate Coffee Expert to lead, inspire, and elevate the coffee experience. This full-time role covers Sundays to Thursdays with keyholder responsibilities, including opening and closing the boutique.

You will deliver engaging training sessions, run masterclasses, launch tastings, and mentor the team to deliver exceptional service and memorable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality and exposure to training or leadership.
• Ability to deliver workshops or coaching to a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and shape the boutique coffee experience daily.
• Share expertise to ignite love of coffee with team and customers.
• Plan, deliver, and review engaging training sessions and masterclasses.
• Lead coffee launches and tasting experiences to reflect high standards.
• Act as boutique coffee leader—build team capability and learning culture.
• Support daily operations, including opening/closing as a keyholder.
• Create meaningful customer connections with passion and warmth.
