Partners Life in Auckland is seeking a motivated Business Intelligence Coordinator on a 1-year fixed-term contract to join our Data Analytics and Governance team. This role offers an excellent early-career opportunity to gain broad experience across data, reporting, business analysis, process improvement and service delivery.

You will support the day-to-day BI Service Desk operations, coordinate requests, maintain ticket information, and keep stakeholders informed while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Basic SQL or Power BI knowledge is helpful
• Experience in financial services or insurance is desirable but not essential
• Organised and proactive with strong communication

Responsabilités

• Assess and coordinate incoming BI Service Desk requests against priority guidelines
• Gather and document technical and business context for investigation and delivery
• Maintain accurate ticket information including ownership, priority and dates
• Provide updates to requestors and stakeholders on progress
• Monitor progress with external delivery partners and follow up actions
• Clarify requirements, resolve blockers and escalate risks
• Support reporting, data governance and discovery activities
