You will collaborate with bid teams and domain experts to craft tailored solutions, shaping proposals that deliver measurable business value for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Identify and shape new business opportunities across Banking, Finance and Insurance sectors.
• Generate leads through research, industry networks, and strategic outreach.
• Develop deal strategies and lead pursuit activities for long-term engagements.
• Collaborate with bid teams and domain experts to create compelling solutions.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers and CXO stakeholders.
• Support the development of tailored solutions and value propositions for clients.
• Deliver annual growth objectives and contribute to overall market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Strong experience in consultative sales within IT services or business process services.
• Proven ability to lead and shape strategic pursuits, ideally involving multi-year engagements.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and building long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of Banking, Finance and Insurance sector.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global delivery teams and specialists.
• Understanding of sales cycles, procurement processes, and outsourced IT or digital transformation environments.
• Existing CIO influencer network.
• Strong personal brand in the New Zealand market amongst the tech fraternity.
• Key partner stakeholder experience.
