• Experience in Agile, hybrid, and BAU testing environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement enterprise test strategies, test plans, and delivery frameworks.
• Establish quality governance, metrics, reporting standards, and release readiness processes.
• Drive continuous improvement across testing practices, tooling, and delivery processes.
• Manage end-to-end test delivery across multiple workstreams and releases.
• Monitor progress, risks, and defect trends; coach testing teams.
