Job summary

Vector Limited is building a new multidisciplinary Business Readiness team within Digital & Data to turn change into measurable benefits. As a Benefits Analyst, you’ll define benefits, establish baselines and track value with evidence-based insight, connecting delivery to adoption and outcomes.

You’ll coach business owners to own benefits, challenge assumptions and help develop standards and tools that embed benefits thinking across Vector.

Qualifications

• Experience designing benefits plans, value measures or outcome frameworks.
• Ability to work across projects, programmes, portfolios or business change.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills to translate data into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategic goals into clear, measurable outcomes and benefits.
• Establish measures, baselines, ownership and evidence of realised value.
• Connect investment, delivery, readiness, adoption, outcomes and benefits.
• Use data to identify gaps, assumptions and risks.
• Coach business owners to own benefits beyond projects.
