Vector in Auckland is seeking a Delivery Partner to lead the Digital & Data delivery for a key domain. You will translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and ensure value delivery, governance and investment alignment.

You will work with GMs and executives, mobilise teams and vendors, and own the end-to-end delivery outcomes. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, shaping how Vector accelerates Auckland's energy transition.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in delivery, transformation or product management.
• Ability to translate strategy into prioritized work and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to partner with General Managers, Executives and senior leaders.
• Experience owning business case creation, funding, prioritisation, benefits tracking and delivery readiness.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to challenge senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Act as the Digital & Data Delivery Partner for your domain, setting clear direction, criteria and governance.
• Shape outcome-based roadmaps aligned to business strategy and Vector31 priorities.
• Lead prioritisation and investment discussions, balancing value, funding and readiness.
• Shape business cases and decide whether work should proceed, pause or stop.
• Provide end-to-end accountability for delivery outcomes and benefits tracking.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and delivery partners, ensuring agreed outcomes.
• Contribute to portfolio planning, governance, readiness and delivery problem-solving.
