Job summary

Star Group in Auckland is hiring 5 Bar Managers to lead our busy venues and work flexible hours across a 7-day roster. You will supervise the bar team, drive excellent customer service, and ensure stock control and POS accuracy while upholding safety standards.

The role requires at least two years’ experience, with the ability to coach staff, manage COGS, staffing levels and sales targets, and to inspire return guests in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to delegate tasks, coach and motivate team members.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, compliance and safety.
