Job summary

KiwiQuest Ltd. in Matakana operates a renowned brewery bar and is seeking a permanent full-time Bar Manager to lead daily operations, beverage service, stock control and staff development.

You will manage opening/closing, train staff, maintain beer lines, update menus and pricing, and create a welcoming atmosphere for locals and visitors at a coastal setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of bar experience minimum.
• Current Manager’s Certificate.
• Knowledge of core beer styles and beverage service.
• Experience training staff and managing a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong time management and self-motivation.
• Flexible roster required.
• Role based at a B Corp certified brewery near beaches and walks.
