Job summary

A hospitality establishment in Paihia seeks an experienced bar manager with a minimum of 5 years running bars. Qualifications

• LCQ and managers certificate preferred.
• Good references and proven experience required.

Hours guaranteed: 30 hours minimum and 55 hours maximum per week

Minimum qualification/ experience: minimum 5 years of experience of running bars.

Lcq and managers certificate is preferred.

Wages: hourly rate of $25-$30 depending on experience.

• Running bar operations alongside other managers.
• Serving, seating and looking after customers with highest quality of customer service.
• Making cocktails and taking payments.
• Ensuring liquor laws are complied.
• Maintain high standard of restaurant cleanliness.
