• LCQ (Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage staff rosters for seven‑day operations.
• Oversee compliance with the sale and supply of alcohol.
• Manage stock, purchasing, and deliveries to prevent shortages.
• Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
• Set specials and organise events to attract customers.
• Lead recruitment, training and supervision of staff.
