Job Description: As the Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery department. Your role will include daily baking schedule, managing staff, ensuring product quality, maintaining inventory, achieving financial targets and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment.
