Job summary

New World Rolleston, part of Foodstuffs NZ, is seeking an experienced Baker to cover all aspects of bakery production including dough and sweet goods. You will join a friendly store team with strong training and ongoing development.

Responsibilities include following recipes, working efficiently, maintaining food safety standards, prioritising tasks, and sharing ideas for new products. Some weekend shifts are required and flexibility is appreciated.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a Bakery or Bakery environment.
• Passion for baking and producing high-quality products.
• Good understanding of the baking industry.
• Reliability and flexibility to work extra shifts when required.
• Good physical fitness for lifting and operating equipment.
• Great presentation and attention to detail.
