• Check raw materials and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Prepare pastry fillings and pie fillings.
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times.
• Operate dough and pastry production equipment.
• Clean and grease baking trays and equipment.
• Perform any other duties requested by the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day tasks
• Innovating of new products
• Producing our range of pastries
• Producing of range of specialty bread
• Keep the workplace clean and tidy
• Checking raw materials and safety regulations
• Preparing pastry fillings, pie fillings
• Monitoring product appearance to determine and oven temperature to determine baking times
• Checking the cleanness of equipment and operation of premises before productionruns to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Kneading, maturing, cutting, mixing, shaping dough and pastry goods
• Coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling ofbaches of bread, rolls and pastry products
• Operating machines which roll and mould dough and cut biscuits
• Emptying, cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and others equipment
• Any other duties may required by the business
